Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to find what they're looking for. We build lets.co.il, and the Lets search that runs in stores, to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control.
The standard we follow
We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to Israeli Standard 5568, under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations.
What we've done
- Keyboard. Every link, button, menu and form works with a keyboard, with a clear focus ring, and a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Screen readers. Pages use real headings, landmarks and labels. Windows such as the menu and the trial form are announced, keep focus inside while open, and close with Escape.
- Contrast and text. Text meets AA contrast, and pages hold up when text is enlarged to 200%.
- Motion. When your device asks for reduced motion, animations stop and the content stands still.
- Mobile. Pages adapt to any screen size and orientation, with touch targets large enough to tap.
- Languages. English and Hebrew are marked as such, with right-to-left handled properly.
In stores that use Lets
The Lets search drawer is built to the same standard: it opens from the store's search field, works with the keyboard and screen readers, announces results as they arrive, and checks colour contrast even when a store applies its own colours. The rest of each store's site is the responsibility of that store.
Known limits
The product pictures shown in the screens on this page are illustrations of the product, and are marked as decorative. If you find anything that's hard to use, please tell us, and we'll fix it.
Accessibility contact
For any accessibility issue or request, write to our accessibility coordinator at support@lets.co.il. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device and assistive technology you use. We'll reply within 5 business days.
