Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days, on every plan. During the trial we read up to 2,000 of your products and the AI answers up to 50 questions a day, so you can see real results on your own store. Photo search turns on when the subscription starts, and the rest of your catalog is read within a day.

What counts as an AI answer?

An answer the AI writes to a shopper's question. Typed search and its results are unlimited and never count.

Do answers from my saved answers count?

No. When a shopper asks something the store already answered, the saved answer is shown for free and doesn't count toward your plan.

What happens when I reach my plan's limit?

Your store keeps working. Instant search, filters and results keep running as usual. AI answers and photo searches pause until the next month or until you upgrade, and in the meantime shoppers are offered to leave their details. Your panel shows how much of the month is left.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time. An upgrade gives you the higher limits right away. A downgrade applies from the next billing period.

How am I billed?

Monthly. On Shopify, through your Shopify invoice. On WordPress, by card. Taxes may apply.

How do I cancel?

Remove the app or the plugin, or cancel from your panel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What if my catalog is bigger than 25,000 products?

That is the Enterprise plan: write to us and we'll set it up for your catalog and volumes.
