Terms of service
These terms apply when a store installs or uses Lets, on Shopify or on WordPress, and when anyone uses lets.co.il. By installing or using Lets, you agree to them.
The service
Lets adds search, answers, photo search, saved lists, comparison and a merchant panel to your online store. We keep improving Lets, so features may change over time. When a change takes away something you rely on, we'll tell you ahead of time.
Your account
You must be able to make a binding agreement for the store that installs Lets. Keep your sign-in details safe, and invite only people you trust to your panel. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Free trial and plans
Every new store can try Lets free for 14 days on the plan it chooses. You only pay if you keep a plan after the trial. On Shopify, billing runs through Shopify; on WordPress, through the payment method you choose. Plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: billing stops, and the plan stays active to the end of the period already paid. Amounts already charged are not refunded.
Your content
Your catalog, pages and answers stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to run Lets for your store. You're responsible for their accuracy, including prices, stock and policies, and for having the right to publish them. Lets answers from your content, so keep it correct and up to date.
Answers written by AI
Lets uses AI models to write answers from your store's content, and shows the source with each answer. AI can make mistakes. Lets is built to answer only from your store and to hand the shopper to your team when it doesn't know, but you remain responsible for the offers you make to your shoppers.
Your shoppers
You're responsible for telling your shoppers how their information is used, in your store's own privacy policy, and for any consent the law requires. Our privacy policy describes what Lets handles.
Data processing
When your store uses Lets, Lets processes your shoppers' personal data on your behalf and only on your instructions, to provide search, answers, saved lists and the reports in your panel. Lets keeps it confidential and secure, uses only the providers listed in our privacy policy, helps you answer your shoppers' requests to see or delete their data, tells you without undue delay of any breach that affects it, and deletes it when you remove Lets or ask us to. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.
Fair use
Don't use Lets to break the law, mislead shoppers, harm others, overload or attack the service, copy it, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why.
Our work
Lets, its software, design and brand belong to us. You get a limited right to use Lets in your store while your account is active. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
Availability
We work to keep Lets fast and available at all times, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. If it's ever unavailable, your store keeps working with its original search.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time by removing the app or the plugin. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once if these terms are seriously broken. After it ends, your store's data is deleted as our privacy policy describes.
Liability
Lets is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we'll tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Lets after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
